As of February 28, 2025, Vendorply will no longer manage vendor credentialing on behalf of Asset Living. Asset Living has made the challenging decision to consolidate all vendor credentialing under their existing compliance partner, Net Vendor, to minimize potential disruptions to their vendors.

Asset Living sincerely appreciates the exceptional service Vendorply has provided them, First Communities Management, and their vendors over the past several years. They are confident that Vendorply will continue to deliver the superior service they are renowned for to their other client partners.

In light of this change, all vendor credentialing inquiries received after 5 p.m. on February 28, 2025, must be redirected to Net Vendor at compliance@netvendor.net. Vendorply will no longer be able to assist with these requests and will not respond to email or voicemail messages.

Vendors already approved as compliant in Net Vendor for Asset Living do not need to take any additional action unless and until specifically requested by Net Vendor or Asset Living. Vendors who recently paid an annual credentialing services fee to Vendorply will have any unearned portion credited towards their first year's Net Vendor services fee. Please contact Net Vendor for further details on how to receive this credit. Vendorply is not responsible for issuing fee refunds.

Vendors not currently in an active and compliant status in Net Vendor for Asset Living should promptly contact Net Vendor to obtain or restore active compliance before providing any products or services to or anticipating payment from Asset Living and its properties.
