We provide additional due diligence, such as verifying the individual/business through the IRS system, criminal background checks, insurance, business license checks, and more.
-
A vendor is the individual or company agreeing to provide services to a “Client Partner”
(i.e. a subcontractor, franchisee, supplier, locator, etc.)
-
The company mandating a “vendor” utilize Vendorply for credentialing. This is the company that has requested your services.
-
To ease the burden of credentialing tasks off their internal teams through expertise in risk management and insurance compliance so teams can focus on the critical duties of operations and less on credentialing. We maintain and retain all vendor insurance documents in one easy to use database and Client Partners can rest assured that approved vendors in Vendorply have successfully met the insurance requirements set forth to work at all locations, ensuring safety and protection for all parties involved.

Enrollment and Compliance in Vendorply
-
Vendorply is an invite-only service. If a Client Partner wants to use you as a vendor, they will either invite you directly or ask you to reach out to support@vendorply.com. Once we receive your inquiry, we'll ask a few questions about your business to determine if you qualify for an invitation, then email you a link to get started. The sign-up wizard will guide you through the next steps, but don’t worry—we’re always here to provide support if you need assistance!
-
Yes. A computer and internet access will be necessary to complete sign-up.
-
You must have an account, username and password to log in. Select your customer from the drop-down list on the top right of this screen and it will lead you to the login screen. Once logged in, the status of your account will be displayed.
-
Vendorply does not set insurance requirements. Vendorply enforces the client partner’s insurance requirements. The vendor’s insurance either meets the requirements of the client partner or they do not. If they do not, Vendorply is mandated to reject that vendor’s compliance. Vendorply does not establish, nor can they modify these requirements. Insurance Documentation must be submitted only by the AGENT to VENDORPLY directly.
-
The insurance requirements are determined by a few factors but mainly by the services a vendor is contracted to and has agreed to provide. Before paying the fee, the requirements are displayed and signed by the vendor during the sign-up process. These requirements have been implemented by the Client Partner to ensure that adequate coverage and protection are maintained. We recommend downloading and reviewing these requirements with your insurance agent to ensure you have the proper coverage in place before completing the enrollment process.
-
If your insurance policy changes, such as increasing coverage or changing insurers, you must notify Vendorply and submit the updated documents to maintain compliance.
-
In many cases, the process takes less than 48 hours. However, if the vendor does not carry the proper insurance coverage, limits and endorsements to meet their requirements, the amount of time to complete the process can be longer. Compliance approval requires all correct and complete documents; incomplete submissions are returned with an explanation. Changes required may delay compliance verification, as revised documents must be issued by the insurance company.
-
If you're unable to meet the insurance requirements set by the Client Partner, you can either work with your insurance agent to adjust your coverage or decide not to proceed with the credentialing process. Vendorply can offer guidance on understanding the requirements but cannot modify them.

The Billing Processes of Vendorply
-
Vendorply charges an annual fee for vendors providing services that require insurance. This fee is charged annually as an automatically renewing subscription, per vendor—not per location.
-
Compliance with a Client Partner’s vendor credentialing requirements is a condition of providing services to them. A Client Partner respects its vendors’ rights as business owners to decide not to comply in the best interest of their company. Vendors can typically cancel their subscription membership with no less than 45 (forty-five) days written notice to client.advocate@vendorply.com. However, if the vendor is actively providing services to a Client Partner, they may be required to maintain compliance until all services are completed. Your Client Partner may also require compliance post-job completion, you will find this information during enrollment. If a vendor chooses not to comply with the credentialing requirements, they should contact the Client Partner directly to inform them of their decision not to provide services.
-
No, Vendorply does not offer refunds. All fees are fully earned upon payment. Vendorply does not provide partial or full refunds nor credits for any reason.
-
No, Vendorply does not manage or facilitate payments for vendor services. We handle the vendor setup, credentialing, and compliance processes for Client Partners, but all payments for services rendered are directly managed between the vendor and the Client Partner. Vendors must be set up and approved in Vendorply before payments can be processed, though Vendorply does not issue payments or process invoices.
